Prayagraj: Around half a dozen miscreants have bombed and opened fire in Naya Katra locality of Kumbhanagri Prayagraj's Colonelganj police station area on Sunday afternoon. Three people including the lawyer got injured in this bombing and firing. After getting the information of the incident, the officer reached the spot and started investigating the case. The old enmity is being said the reason behind the attack.

Junaid (17), a resident of Naya Katra in Colonelganj, does furniture business in front of his house. It is being told that on Sunday afternoon, five-six people arrived at his shop and started dragging Junaid by forcefully beating him. On seeing this, the High Court lawyer in front of Ahmed Laz, Mo. Dawood (34) resident Naya Katra protested. On seeing this, the miscreants fired from the fire and shot bombs to spread fear among the protesting people. Mo in attack Dawood and Junaid were injured. Meanwhile, the student going to coaching Badal Singh (19) resident Umbrella Mouaima Prayagraj was also seriously injured. Criminals escaped from the scene after bombing and firing.

On hearing of the sudden firing and bombing, Colonelganj police reached the spot and immediately admitted the three injured to Tej Bahadur Sapru Hospital for treatment. Where all three continue to be treated. City Superintendent of Police Brijesh Kumar Srivastava reached the spot along with the police force of several police stations and started investigating the case.
