New Delhi: The Kejriwal government, which lodged an FIR against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga in Patiala, Punjab, has now come on the backfoot. Tejinder Singh Bagga himself said this while tweeting on Monday (28 March 2022) evening. Bagga wrote that, 'Kejriwal government on the backfoot, after yesterday's reaction, they have quietly withdrawn the FIR against me. This is a slap on the face of Kejriwal.

Let us tell you that this FIR was done regarding a tweet made by Tajinder Bagga on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The BJP Yuva Morcha leader (BJYM) made this tweet after Kejriwal's senseless remarks against Kashmiri Hindus in the Delhi Assembly. The information about the FIR registered against Bagga was shared by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) activist Ram Kumar Jha on Twitter on March 27 (Sunday). Replying to AAP worker Ram Kumar Jha on Twitter, Bagga wrote that, not 1 but 100 FIRs, but if Kejriwal tells the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus to be false, then I will speak. If Kejriwal laughs at the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, then I will speak. I am ready for whatever consequences I have to face for it. I am not going to leave Kejriwal. I will keep a crack in his nose.'

Let us inform that Delhi CM Kejriwal made fun of Vivek Agnihotri's film 'The Kashmir Files' based on the horrific massacre and exodus of Kashmiri Hindus in the Delhi Assembly. Kejriwal had called the film backed by the BJP and a 'false film'. After which Bagga wrote on Twitter that, 'When 10 lakh people die, a Kejriwal is born.'
