Kanpur: The first case of corona infected black fungus was admitted in Halat on Monday. The infection has spread to one eye and nose of the patient. Let us tell you that this is the first case of black fungus with infection in the third wave of corona. By the way, only a few patients with black fungus come to the hospital throughout the year. At present, six corona infected patients are admitted in Halat and two in Kanshiram.

Dr Sanjay Kala, Principal of GSVM Medical College has informed that the 45-year-old patient is a resident of the Cantt area. He also has diabetes. The patient has a problem with his eye. He has been found corona positive in the investigation. It is believed that due to diabetes, he got black fungus early. Treatment has been started by admitting the patient to the black fungus ward. At present no corona positive patient is on a ventilator in Halat. Two patients have been put on oxygen support. A patient has hepatitis.

The spread of corona infection in Kanpur is engulfing one locality after another. The number of infected patients is increasing. Also, are recovering rapidly. Corona infection is spreading in various areas including IIT, GSVM Medical College and other educational institutions. Corona patients are constantly being found here.
