Lucknow: The first death due to corona epidemic in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A patient from Ghaziabad succumbed to corona in a hospital located in Sector-137. The deceased was a resident of Khoda in Ghaziabad. Noida administration has informed the Ghaziabad administration about the case. On Monday, 12 new cases of coronavirus have also been registered in Noida, after which the number of patients here has increased to 179.

According to District Monitoring Officer Sunil Dohra, a person from Khoda Colony in Ghaziabad was admitted to ESI Hospital in Sector-24, Noida for treatment a few days ago. He said that in view of his deteriorating condition, he was referred to Flix Hospital, Sector 137, Noida. There the patient was sampled to check the corona.
