First flight carrying 177 Indians reached Kochi, 750 people can arrive today

New Delhi: At this time the campaign to bring back the Indians trapped abroad due to the ongoing lockdown in the country due to coronavirus has been started. The government has named this mission as 'Vande Bharat Mission'. Under 'Vande Bharat Mission', 363 Indians were brought back home from Abu Dhabi and Dubai today and both special flights landed in Kerala on Thursday night. The first flight of the Air India Express carrying Indian citizens reached Kochi in Kerala from Abu Dhabi on Thursday and the aircraft flew from Abu Dhabi to Kochi at 5:07 pm (local time).

The second flight left for Kozhikode from Dubai at 5:46 pm (local time) and an Air India Express spokesperson said that "The first plane carrying four newborns and 177 passengers at 10 o'clock at night nine.
