First Puja at Kedarnath Dedicated to PM Modi, Says CM Dhami

Today marked a significant moment for devotees as the doors of Kedarnath Dham, one of India's most revered pilgrimage sites, reopened after six months. Leading the first ceremony, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a puja in honor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Addressing the occasion, CM Dhami expressed warm greetings to all pilgrims embarking on the Char Dham yatra, wishing them a safe journey. He remarked, "This day holds immense significance for devotees nationwide and beyond, eagerly awaiting this annual pilgrimage. Kedarnath Dham welcomes a multitude of devotees, and we've made necessary arrangements for their comfort. The inauguration saw the inaugural puja conducted in PM Modi's name, followed by traditional rituals. Since Narendra Modi assumed office, the redevelopment of the Baba Kedar temple has progressed in three phases, aiming for swift completion."

The ceremonial opening of Kedarnath Dham's doors attracted devotees in large numbers from early morning, signifying the spiritual importance of the site.
