2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

4 tbsp oil
250 g curd
4 cloves
5-6 peppers
4 small cardamom
1 large cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
Method of making fish korma - To make it, first of all, add lemon juice, turmeric, salt and red chilli powder to the fish and mix well and keep aside. After this, heat mustard oil in a large pan. Now when the oil is hot, add chopped onions to it, fry it and spread it in a plate and keep aside. After this, add all the whole spices to the oil and fry for 30 seconds. Now add onion puree to it and fry well. After this, add ginger-garlic and green chilli paste to it. Now add curd to it and mix well.
Now add red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric and salt to taste and fry for a while. Add water to it and cook well. After this, you heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the fish pieces. Now add the fish pieces to the gravy and cook well. After this, mash the fried onion by hand, put it in the gravy and mix well and add a little mustard oil from the top and cook it well. Now add garam masala to the last and cook for two minutes and take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot.
