Ranchi: RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, who was convicted in the fodder scam case, has received a major relief from the court. The Jharkhand High Court has given him a big relief. The court granted bail to Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Deoghar treasury case. However, they will still remain in jail. Laloo Yadav had been applying for bail in the court for a long time, but he was not getting relief. But on Friday, the Jharkhand High Court granted bail to Lalu Yadav.

Hearing the Deoghar treasury case, the court decided to grant him bail. The court granted bail to Lalu Yadav on two personal bond of 50 thousand rupees. However, even after getting bail, Laloo will not be released from jail. They have been sentenced in all the three cases of fodder scam in Deoghar, Dumka and Chaibasa and have not yet been awarded in the Dumka and Chaibasa cases. So for the time being, they will have to remain in jail.

Laloo Yadav was sentenced to 3.5 years in jail in the Deoghar case. Dumka, on the other hand, was sentenced to five years in jail. In addition, there were two cases in Chaibasa in which he was sentenced to 7-7 years. While Laloo Yadav has been in jail for a long time, he was undergoing treatment at Rimes Hospital after his condition deteriorated.
