Material required

10 pieces boiled mushrooms
20 grams red
Green capsicum chopped
20 grams Cheddar Cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon white paper
3-4 tablespoons Panko Bread Crumb
3 tablespoons arrowroot
1-1 / 2 teaspoon Maida - For Batter

Method of preparation: Firstly, to make batter, add 3 teaspoon arrowroot and 11/2 teaspoon all purpose flour, mix it with light water and then knead it well. Add light salt and black pepper on top. Keep the batter thick. After this, boil 10 pieces of mushrooms lightly and make a hole in the center so that it can get stuffed. Now chop 20 grams of red, green capsicum and press it with light hands so that its water comes out. After this, add 20 grams of grated Cheddar Cheese and chopped capsicum and mix. After this, add salt to taste, add 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper and mix it well. Now stuff the capsicum and chisel in the 10 pieces of pre-prepared mushrooms, which you have lightly potted in between. After this, add 2 pieces of mushrooms to each other. Remember to add the parts of both the mushrooms from where you stuffed them and apply 2 toothpick in that part. Now again put the mushrooms in the batter and put Panko bread crumbs in it. By doing this, deep-fry all the mushrooms by applying batter and breadcrumbs. When their color turns brown, remove them from the center and serve them hot with the desired sauce.
