If you like an omelet, then today let's talk about the pure veg omelet. This is made from moong dal. It is healthy because it contains lentil protein as well as it has a rich flavor. This can be a very good recipe for children.
Necessary ingredients:
1 cup soaked moong dal
1-inch piece of ginger
2-3 green chilies (chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt
1 small onion sliced
1 small capsicum chopped
1 teaspoon black salt (optional)
Coriander finely chopped
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
Baking Soda (optional)
Method of preparation: First of all wash and dry the moong dal. Now grind it and make a paste. Add ginger slice and green chili to it and grind it. The paste should not be too thick. Stir the lentil paste with the help of a spoon so that a little yeast rises in it. Now add turmeric and salt to it. Now heat the oil in a pan and spread this batter like omelet or cheela. While the lentil paste is cooking, keep the chopped vegetables ready and pour them little by little on the peanuts as they are added to the uttapam. Now flip it over and let it cook from the other side. Do not add vegetables to it while cooking from the other side. Finally, serve the cheese with slices of butter. Even if it is not done, it will look good. Serve hot peanuts with chutney or sauce.
