Sonu Sood took to twitter account and wrote, "Boddu is Naga Lakshmi, a divyang girl and youTuber. Lakshmi, a resident of a small village in Andhra Pradesh, has donated 15,000 rupees to the Sood Foundation. This amount is her five-month pension. She is the richest Indian for me. Eyes are not required to see anyone's suffering. She is a real hero".

Actress Sara Ali Khan has also contributed to Sonu Sood's foundation earlier for which the actor had thanked her. Sara had recently contributed to the Sood Charity Foundation for Corona Relief amid the second wave of viruses. Sonu wrote on Twitter, "Thank you very much to my beloved Sara Ali Khan for your contribution to the Atdrate Sood Foundation. You are extremely proud and keep doing good work. You have inspired the youth of the nation to come forward and help during these difficult times. You are a hero, Atdarat Sara Ali Khan".
