London: The population of Christians in Britain is declining rapidly these days, while the population of Muslims is registering a sharp increase. He said, ''In the midst of the ongoing war in Europe and the crisis of living and food, people need religious help. We are there for them. In many cases, we provide food and other assistance to those in need. Lakhs of people come to church on Christmas and seek our help.''

According to the report, the 2021 census has found that around 10 percent of UK households now have members from at least two different ethnic groups. There has been an increase of 8.7 percent in these. The city of Harrow, north of the UK capital London, has the highest percentage of Hindu population at 25.8%, up from 25.3% in 2011. About 46.2 percent of the population in England and Wales are Christians. Compared to 2011, a huge decline of 13.1 percent has been recorded in their population. Along with these, the figure of the population with 'no religion' i.e. no religion is 2.22 crore i.e. 37.2 percent. At the same time, the population of Muslims in Britain has increased to 3.9 million. After this, the number of Hindus is 10 lakhs. Sikhs are about 5.5 lakh. At the same time, the population of Buddhism increased from 2.73 lakh to 2.71 lakh. Jews are the least in Britain.
