The movie was released on March 15, yet its producers have removed it from the screen. Vandana Shah, the distributor of this Gujarati movie, has said in her statement that the movie 'The Kashmir Files' is doing well. The producers of it want it (The Kashmir Files) to get the time to do as many shows as possible. She says, "We will be in the cinema after a few days with the Prem Prakaran movie.''

Chandresh Bhatt, the director-producer of the movie, said in his tweet that "The nation is first. Make way for The Kashmir Files so you can enjoy the magic of cinema. We're going to see you again in the theatre soon. Gratitude to our audience for the immense love. We will be back in theatres very soon. Vande Mataram.''

He says, "Even though my film is Gujarati, taking it back from theatres is one way we can make way for more and more shows of The Kashmir Files. My film is doing well at the box office. But we will come to the cinema after some time. After seeing the generosity of Gujarati movie producer, Vivek Agnihotri has expressed his gratitude to him and tweeted in Gujarati that he is grateful to the entire team of Prem Prakaran.
