Guwahati: As the graph of the number of Covid-19 infected is increasing all over the country, the number of VVIP people who are vulnerable to this virus is also increasing continuously. From the home minister of the country Amit Shah to the CMs of the states, ministers, MLAs, former ministers, MPs and other public representatives are also getting infected with Covid-19. In this episode, now another name of former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has been added.

According to the information received, senior Congress leader and former CM Tarun Gogoi has tweeted and informed about his COVID report. Tarun Gogoi has said that his report of Covid-19 virus has come up positive yesterday, he requests people who came in contact with him to undergo corona test.

It has been learned that the cases of Covid-19 is also increasing in Assam. In the last 24 hours, there have been 1973 cases due to which the total number has increased to 94,592. On Tuesday (25 August), 2 Assam MLAs were also found Covid-19 positive. Assam Gana Parishad MLA Ramendra Narayan and Congress MLA Ajanta Niog got positive report when they got corona test after fever. Now former Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has also been infected with Covid-19.
