Lucknow: Former Rajasthan Governor and former Uttar Pradesh CM Kalyan Singh can appear in CBI court in Lucknow on Friday. Special CBI court has issued summons to senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kalyan Singh in the criminal case of demolishing the disputed structure of Ayodhya.

According to the information, Kalyan Singh can appear in court at 12 noon on Friday. A special CBI court has issued an order to present BJP leader Kalyan Singh in the court in the Ayodhya land dispute case. During the previous hearing, the court had asked the CBI to present evidence. The CBI had to produce evidence in the court that Kalyan Singh is not currently holding any constitutional post, so legal action can be taken against him.

Let me tell you that no documents were presented by CBI. After this, the court issued this order on 21 September. In the Ayodhya case, the CBI special court, taking cognizance itself, issued the order. Let me tell you that in the past, Kalyan Singh has returned to active politics. He has joined BJP.
