Former Wimbledon tennis champion Conchita Martinez has been found to be covid-19 positive. Martinez wrote on social media on Saturday that he is on segregation in a Doha hospital after being found positive upon reaching Qatar. Martinez is the coach of former world number one player Garbine Muguruza, who is scheduled to participate in the Qatar Open from Monday.

Martinez said he had experienced minor symptoms of the coronavirus.
