Washington: 4 youths are behind the hacking of Twitter accounts of many veterans, including former US President Barack Obama and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, is being revealed. It is being said that this hacking was carried out through the internal system of Twitter. In this hacking, some employees of this social microblogging site have claimed connivance. The FBI has started an investigation into this issue.
Claim to control Twitter account: A hacker named Kirk, who claims to have carried out the hacking, has shared several screenshots with a news agency. In which there is an inquiry into the online conversation between 4 people who have done hacking on Tuesday and Wednesday. The hacking was completed on Wednesday. Kirk has also confirmed that he can also control his Twitter account. He has said, 'I work on Twitter. Do not show it to anyone.'
Group of hackers behind the incident: 4 people involved in hacking also shared screenshots related to all their activities and conversations which proves that behind this biggest online attack in America, there was a large group of hackers, not Russia or any other country. US intelligence agencies had also stated in their initial estimate that there could be a conspiracy of hackers in private and not in any country.
The consequences of hacking with the involvement of employees: After the hacking incident, a Twitter spokesperson had said that preliminary investigation has revealed that the hackers met their intentions with some employees having access to the company's internal system. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has also apologized for this incident.
