Ingredients: 4 potatoes (medium size), 2 tablespoons mustard oil, 2 dry red chilies, 2 tablespoons whole coriander chopped, 1 tsp rye, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 onions, 2 green chilies finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp mango powder, salt as per taste.
Method: Boil the potatoes until 3 whistles in the cooker. Peel and mix the boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Then turn off the gas and cool the oil. Mix dry red chilies with coriander and grind it in the mixer. Now burn the gas again and put mustard in hot oil and let it crackle. Add onions and fry it lightly pink. Now add finely chopped green chili-garlic and let it cook for a minute. Mix turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chili powder, potato, salt and mango powder in this mixture and fry it continuously for two minutes. Now the crispy potato potatoes are ready. Serve it with dal-rice or khichdi.
