If you want to eat something good and special in snacks that fill your stomach but there is no increase in obesity and weight then there is no shortage of such snacks. You can make it very quickly and easily to eradicate the slight hunger that occurs after breakfast and lunch. You can take this fruity, nutty snack with you wherever you go. So let's know how to make it.

Ingredients: 4 cups puffed rice (laiya / permal / puffed rice), 2 onions finely chopped, 2 tomatoes chopped finely, 2 green chillies finely chopped, 4 tbsp mint chutney, 4 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp. Chaat masala, ¼ cup chana dal, ¼ cup roasted chana, salt as per taste, ½ cup California walnuts coarsely chopped, ¼ cup save, 12-15 papdi puris

Method of preparation: First of all fill all the ingredients in two separate utensils according to a quantity and size and place them on the table.

Now mix all the ingredients in a big pot.

Ingredients: - 1 cup California Walnuts cut in half, 1 spring curry leaf, 3 tablespoons mustard oil

Pickle Spices: 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp thick red chilli, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp yellow mustard powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 teaspoon fenugreek powder, 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder

recipe:-

1. Mix all the spices in a dry bowl and keep it on the side.

2. In a pan, heat mustard oil till it starts to release smoke.

3. While it is getting cold, add curry leaves to the oil when it is slightly hot.

4. Let it cool to room temperature.

5. In a clean and dry mixing bowl, take half the chopped walnuts and put it in the pickle spices.

6. Add cold oil and mix well. Place it in a vessel and serve.

Ingredients: - 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup kernels extracted dates (about 12), 1/2 cup California walnuts, 1/2 cup unsweetened dry cherries, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt

recipe:-

1. In a large food processor pot, combine oats, dates, walnuts, cherries, cocoa powder and salt. Stir for 1-2 minutes, until the paste looks like a dough.

2. Pour the mixture on wax paper and make it 1/2-inch thick rectangle.

3. Let cool for about 1 hour and cut into 9 parts. Bars do not need to be kept in the refrigerator.
