Recently, Lucy Harrison shared on Twitter a response from Abigail, the representative of Amazon Customer Care Service. She complained about the wrong delivery of a package. She received such an answer that she was surprised. She has also shared a screenshot of the entire chat. The first Amazon employee wrote in her message, "Good day, I'm Abigail. Am I chatting with Lucy Harrison? " To this, Lucy responded, "The Amazon app says that the package was delivered to a receptionist. But I don't have a receptionist, I only live in a house."
Abigail replied, "Lol." Now Lucy's tweet is going viral. Many users have also shared their experiences on this. While some people found Abigail's response funny, some people even criticized her for not responding properly to the customer.
