New Delhi: 4 astronauts selected for India's first manned mission Gaganyaan are to be sent to Russia for training within a few days. At the same time, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that they can be trained in Russia for the next 11 months. According to Jitendra Singh, the cost of Rs 10 crores for the Gaganyaan mission. This mission will be launched in 2022 to mark the 75th anniversary of the country's independence. After training in Russia, selected astronauts will also be trained in India. Here they will be taught how to operate and work with modules designed by ISRO.
Special food made in the laboratory for Indian astronauts: According to information received from experts, it has been learned that special food has been prepared for Indian astronauts going for the Gaganyaan mission. The menu that has been prepared for Indian astronauts includes egg rolls, veg rolls, idli, moong dal pudding and veg casserole. Which has been prepared in Defense Food Research Laboratory, Mysore. Food heaters will also be given to the astronauts to heat food. Apart from this, astronauts will be given water and juice to drink. Since there is no gravity in the space, so special containers have been made for those going in the Gaganyaan expedition in which they can carry it.
'Gaganyaan' to land on a parachute in Agra: When it was noticed that it is revealed that the parachute of ADRDE (Air Distribution Research and Development Institute) of Agra in the return and recovery system of the mission Gaganyaan. Will be used. These parachutes have been prepared. They are being trialled in the Malpura Para Dropping Zone. This will last two more years. At the same time, shortly before this mission starts in 2022, jumping from different height is going to be practiced. ISRO's team can also come to Agra to see this.
