The same girl's parents have also alleged against Naresh Kumar Suryavanshi to fill the demand by taking hostage. Along with this, an application has also been given to the Gandhwani police station for action on TI. However, no case has been registered in the case.

Talking about the whole matter, when his wife came to know about the news of TI's second marriage, she along with her son reached the Gandhwani government quarters house. When she reached home, she got agitated at seeing the woman and started assaulting the woman, then did people gather? Now it was revealed on this matter that the woman was held hostage by TI. The same woman's parents say that Naresh Kumar Suryavanshi was held hostage for forcibly marrying the woman.

No case has been filed in the case from the women's side. According to SDOP Karan Singh Rawat, action will be taken only after the statement of the aggrieved party. At the same time, the victim said that TI has also done wrong things with her. On this, the SP says that a departmental investigation of TI will be done. The same can be taken up to dismissal. If the victim's statement is confirmed in the investigation, then sections of rape will be imposed against TI. Recently, TI was caught with the woman on Tuesday and now this matter came to light.
