Gaslight which released on March 31. The film stars Sara Ali Khan, Vikrant Massey and Chitrangda Singh, and It has been directed by Pavan Kirpalani. It is a suspense film based on a murder mystery with a horror twist will excite thriller fans.
Plot: A young woman (Sara Ali Khan) returns to the family estate 15 years later in hopes of meeting up with her father but discovers that dad has missing. While she has been at the estate, strange events raise questions in her mind regarding her father's whereabouts, who is supposedly out of town resolving a property dispute. She soon discovers that a small group of people are using her in order to get control of the estate, and they will stop at nothing to do so.
There isn't much more to say about the film without giving away spoilers. Yet, without giving too much away, one of the film's major flaws is its slow and boring narrative.

Sara Ali Khan was unconvincing yet again, her open mouth doe-eyed expression wasn’t doing any favours for her. She became irritating to watch after 30 minutes. It was boring and slow." Another person tweeted, “What has happened to Sara Ali Khan? Why such trash movies? I think her career is over before it really took off!”, Another person wrote, "The first half was a little slow and honestly could have been better, but the second half really took me by surprise!"
Pavan Kirpalani, known for his work on the horror film Ragini MMS and the psychological thriller Phobia, presents a poor picture this time around. Sara Ali Khan did work on her accent and acting skills. Despite the fact that she has a long way to go, her expressions and language delivery did not appear forced, as in her previous movies. Chitrangada Singh is just getting better with age, and there could not have been a greater Rukmini than her. Vikrant Massey is an established performer who has risen to prominence through his talent and hard work. By his movie, he once again proved his mettle.
Sara was most recently seen in Aanand L Rai's Atrangi Re, opposite Akshay Kumar and Dhanush (2021). She has Murder Mubarak, Ae Watan Mere Watan, and Metro... In Dino is set to be released this year.
