Koffee with Karan 7 is grabbing all the limelights since its first promo is released. The recent promo features Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan, Sanjay Kapoor’s wife Maheep Kapoor, and Chunkey Panday’s wife Bhavana Pandey. The Trio is all set to spill a lot of beans about their personal and professional life. 

In the show, Karan Johar asked Gauri Khan how difficult is it to shrug off the title of being Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and when she goes for a client meeting, do they carry the baggage of that? To this, the Gauri responded with an affirmative. She revealed that there will be many times when she would be taken on as a designer on a project because of who she is, because the clients feel that they will get that mileage and she understands that. But she also said that this is not always the case. There are times when she knows that she is not going to get that project because they don’t want this baggage. Gauri further added, “I would say that its 50% that I don’t get a project. But I don’t blame them, maybe if even I was at their place I would think twice.”

Karan Johar also asked Gauri, "Has it been difficult being Mrs Shah Rukh Khan," she said, "I have to admit that he is the easiest person I have ever met. Like you give him anything to eat. Even if it has no salt or it has salt, everything is good. Anything you put in front of him, he will eat. He's just very easy. So I just find him very comfortable with handling stuff, being at home, with the kids, with the family, with my family coming over. So he is just born a person who is comfortable with people around him. Put him in any situation, he just knows how to deal with it and be comfortable and not throw his weight around. So this is one thing I just love about him."

Karan Johar at one point of time even revealed that once when he was having dinner with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, he overheard their family CA saying that the only profitable earning member through the pandemic in the Mannat household was Gauri. “Well the CA has obviously exaggerated this but I take this as a compliment. I just do things with pure love and passion,” said Gauri.
