New Delhi: BJP MP from East Delhi region Gautam Gambhir is very busy these days, but if the cricketer-turned-politician is given another big responsibility to lead Delhi, then he will not back down. When the BJP MP was asked whether he would agree on a system like Uttar Pradesh, where the then MP Yogi Adityanath was asked to become CM? Gambhir said, "It will be a matter of honour. A big responsibility. It will be a dream."

Gambhir is currently busy dealing with the challenges of his Lok Sabha constituency. He has pledged to gradually reduce the height of the garbage mountain in his area and for this purpose on Thursday he inaugurated a 'Ballistic Segregator'. Although Gambhir said honestly that he could not give any deadline for this, but he definitely said that he is working hard in this direction.

Gautam Gambhir has installed CCTV camera in East Delhi and is working to deploy more ambulances in his area. He also raised questions on not fulfilling the promises made by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. Referring to AAP's promise of installing WiFi across Delhi and appointing marshals for female passengers in buses, Gambhir said, "One should not make a promise that cannot be fulfilled."
