New Delhi: A delegation of leaders of the National Conference will meet the President of his party and former Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah today. The former CM father-son has been in the house arrest since Article 370 of the Constitution was removed from the Valley. The 15-member delegation of the leaders of the National Conference will meet the detained father-son under the leadership of Jammu Provincial President Devendra Singh Rana today.

81-year-old Farooq Abdullah is under house arrest in Srinagar, while Omar Abdullah is under house arrest in the state guest house. Party spokesperson Madan Mantu said, 'There are many former MLAs of the party in the delegation. They will leave from Jammu on Indigo aircraft on Sunday morning. He further said that the delegation had met Governor Satyapal Malik and asked for his permission to meet the two senior leaders of the party, the governor gave permission.

Let us tell you that the Jammu and Kashmir administration on Saturday allowed a delegation of National Conference (NC) leaders to visit Srinagar from Jammu region to meet party president Farooq Abdullah and vice-president Omar Abdullah. Let me tell you that on August 5, Section 370 was abolished from the valley by the Modi government, after which all the separatist leaders were put under house arrest.
