The politics of Rajasthan is constantly turning. On Thursday, hearing is going on in the Supreme Court on the petition of the assembly speaker. Between which CM Ashok Gehlot is thinking of calling the assembly session. According to sources, the assembly session can be called on Monday. CM Ashok Gehlot will brainstorm with his ministers on this subject, after which a decision can be taken only on Thursday evening. If a decision is made, the Governor will be informed about it. So that the rule can be followed.
The decision has been reserved by the Rajasthan High Court on the petition of former deputy CM Sachin Pilot faction. After which the speaker has said not to take any action till July 24. On this, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court, on which the hearing is going to be held on Thursday.
CM Ashok Gehlot's government can prove its majority by convening the assembly session so that this dispute can be ended at the earliest. If this happens, the party can be declared a whip. In which the rebel MLA of the pilot faction will have to join. If any MLA violates the whip in the assembly, then the party can be recommended to disqualify them. The speaker can decide on that. This is the reason why Congress is considering calling a session. So that action can be taken immediately after the court verdict.
