The political stir in Rajasthan has been going on for a long time. Now hearing the petition of Sachin Pilot faction is going on in the High Court. Every person's eyes are fixed on the court because on this decision, the future of CM Gehlot's government is standing. But a remark made by the court on Monday is becoming difficult for the Gehlot faction. In which the court said that the whip cannot be applied for the party meeting.

Congress party has called the meeting of the MLA party continuously twice and issued a whip. It is only after this that the speaker has declared summons to Pilot faction. Against which a petition was filed in the High Court on behalf of Sachin Pilot Group.

Apart from this, the parties were being kept in the court during the hearing on Monday. In which the Chief Justice questioned whether any political party can issue a whip for the meeting? On which he himself said that the whip is not applicable for any party meeting. The date of the summons given by the Speaker of the Assembly is also ending today. Now every person's vision is also on whether the decision of this case can come today, or a new date will be found. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing on behalf of the assembly speaker in the court, had said that the speaker has not taken any action on the MLA, only summons is sent for taking reply. In such a case, the court should not interfere in this case.
