Germany's big challenge to India will be to maintain its place in the top

The Indian men's hockey team is set to go down with the aim of winning two doubleheader matches against Kalinga Stadium Germany on April 14 and 15 to remain at the top of the FIH Pro Hockey League 2021-22 points table. India is currently at the top of the points table with 21 points from 10 matches. She has won the last two doubleheader matches against England.

Amit Rohidas, who captained the team against Germany, said in a statement on Wednesday that we played very well against England and have also managed to win both the matches. It's a great feeling to get to the top of the points table. It's a team effort and we're going to try to stay at the top.  

The Indian captain has spoken about the preparations for the two double-header matches against Germany we have done our homework through video analysis and worked on the areas that we need to improve on. From practising penalty corners to ball positions, we have worked on everything.
