New Delhi: Five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the 23rd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) on April 13 today. After losing the first four matches, all the matches ahead for MI have now become 'do-or-die.' So far, 22 matches have been played this season and Mumbai are still looking for their first win. Mumbai will look to open their winning account in this match against Punjab Kings at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

MI captained by Rohit Sharma, can come on the winning track by taking inspiration from Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Let us know that CSK also suffered defeats in the first four matches this season, but CSK has won their last match by making a strong comeback. MI's batsmen have failed to put up a big score, while their bowlers have also not been able to perform as expected so far, which has added to the team's woes.

Mumbai's comeback road looks very difficult as they are at the 9th position in the 10-team table, but captain Rohit would like to improve not only the team's performance but also his performance. Rohit has not been able to leave that kind of impact on the franchise that he is known for and if he has to get the team's campaign back on track, he will have to go ahead and lead and keep his combination right.

Mumbai Indians Playing XI: Rohit Sharma (captain), Ishan Kishan (wicketkeeper), Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Verma, Tim David, Kieron Pollard, Fabian Allen, Jaydev Unadkat, Murugan Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Basil Thampi.

Punjab Kings Playing XI: Mayank Agarwal (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Liam Livingstone, Jonny Bairstow (wicketkeeper), Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Shah Rukh Khan, Rishi Dhawan, Kagiso Rabada, Rahul Chahar, Vaibhav Arora, Arshdeep Singh.
