The Services Department has said that wherever the direct recruitment process is halted due to non-availability of recruitment rules pending due to amendments, the department will issue a notification on 31 December or earlier by making rules and amending them. Apart from this, where it is necessary to consider with UPSC, the concerned department will issue a notification on or before March 31 next year. The Services Department has said that work on the scheme to fill the posts should be started as soon as possible. 

Last month, CM had said in a letter to LG that if there is no recruitment in more than 36,000 vacancies, there is an impact on the functioning of important services from hospitals to other departments. CM had written that he had directed the Chief Secretary on October 10 this year to give the details of the details to fill the vacant posts and to explain how the appointments can be made within the time limit, but they The plan has not been told.
