Bad breath can be a real turn off for the person standing next to you or talking to you directly.
Treating bad breath at home quickly
Apple cider vinegar
You can gargle your mouth with apple cider vinegar or put some apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and gargle with it for around 10 seconds. It will cleanse your mouth thoroughly while treating the entire bad odour.
Baking soda
Add some baking soda on your toothbrush and brush nicely all over your teeth.
Tea tree oil
Put a few drops of tea tree oil in a glass of water and use as a mouthwash as it effectively removes existing bacteria from your mouth. You can use it 3-4 times in a day.
Cardamon
The aroma and flavour of cardamom seeds serves as a mouth freshener in treating bad breath. It is one of the most effective ways to get rid of the problem.
Chewing gum
Chewing gums prevents your mouth from drying out and hence, they are effective against fighting the problem of bad odour.
Cloves
Chew some pieces of cloves or sip on clove tea to get rid of bad breath.
