These days superstition is increasing and crime because of this superstition is also increasing. In yet another shocking and horrific incident A Tantrik was arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl on the pretext of treating her.

The horrific incident is reported from Uttar Pradesh’s KaushambiHe has been booked under relevant IPC and POCSO sections. According to police officials, the 14-year-old girl had been suffering from epilepsy for the past three years and was undergoing treatment at private hospitals but saw no improvement in her condition. On December 24, when the girl's father was away, Ashok Kumar (45), A Tantrik, came to their house and convinced her mother to send her away with him to "get rid of evil spirits".

The accused took the girl to a secluded place and raped her. Shravan Kumar Singh, SHO, Pipri police station also confirmed the case. An FIR was registered against the accused following a complaint by the girl's father under relevant IPC and POCSO sections on Saturday and he was arrested on Sunday.

 In a similar incident from UP a minor girl from class 7th found hanging at her house in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur district. The incident took place in the Gorakhnath area of the district. As per the information the victim was studying in class seven.  When the girl commit suicide her family members had gone to their village. The family members of the girl alleged that she was gang-raped by the landlord and other tenants before being murdered. The landlord of the house had called the police The girl's body was sent for postmortem.
