Ghaywan, Grover decides to donate their National Award Fund to Farmers

 Director Neerja Ghaywan and Varun Grover, who were conferred with the National Awards on Tuesday, say they will donate the prize money for relief work for distressed farmers in Maharashtra.

Ghaywan received the National Film Award for his first directorial "Masaan" and the award for the best lyrics has been conferred on Grover for the song "Moh moh ke dhaage" from the film "Dum Laga Ke Haisha".

"Thank you all for the wishes for the National Award. Me and Varun Grover have decided to donate our National Award prize money towards relief work for distressed farmers in Maharashtra," Ghaywan wrote on his official facebook account.
