Srinagar: Terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen has appointed Ghazi Haider as its new commander. In the past, the Hizbul commander Riyaz Naikoo was piled into an encounter by the security forces. The most wanted Riyaz Naikoo of the valley had a reward of 12 lakhs and the security forces had been looking for him for many years.

After the death of Riyaz Nayaku, Hizbul militants organized a condolence meeting in Pakistan. During this, it was announced to make Ghazi Hyder the new commander. According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Syed Salahuddin, the leader of the Hizbul Mujahideen, cried the loss of his favourite terrorist Riyaz Naikoo. KNS statement said that during this condolence meeting Ghazi Haider was made the new operational chief commander of Jammu and Kashmir, along with Zafar-ul-Islam as deputy commander, while Abu Tariq has been appointed as the chief military advisor. Now Ghazi Haider has joined the security forces' hitlist.

The activities of terrorists have increased in the last few days in Jammu and Kashmir. In recent times, many terrorist camps have been active in PoK, who are trying to disturb India. In the recent terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, every plot of the neighbouring country of Pakistan has been exposed.
