Srinagar: Former CM Ghulam Nabi Azad, who is preparing to form a new party in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, has now given a big warning to the Congress. Questioning the rhetoric of Congress leaders in gestures, he has said that if I fired a 'ballistic missile', they (Congress) would have disappeared. Let us tell you that Azad left Congress in August. He was working for the Congress along with the Gandhi family for almost 50 years.

On Thursday (September 8), Azad also held a rally at Bhaderwah in Jammu and Kashmir. According to media reports, Ghulam Nabi Azad said, 'They (Congress) fired missiles at me, I only responded with 303 rifles and they were destroyed. What if I had used a ballistic missile? They would have disappeared.' However, during this time he categorically refused to comment on former PMs late Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. Azad said 'Since I have been a member of the party for 52 years and consider Rajiv Gandhi as my brother and Indira Gandhi as my mother, I do not want to speak a word against them.' However, from Azad's ballistic missile statement, political pundits are speculating that perhaps he has some secret about Congress or the Gandhi family, which can bring an earthquake in the politics of the country and mix the prestige of Congress in the soil. 
 
Earlier, Ghulam Nabi Azad had announced the formation of a new party in the first public meeting after leaving the Congress. However, the situation on this is not yet clear. Azad said, 'I have not decided on the name of my party yet. The people of Jammu and Kashmir will decide the name and flag of the party. I will give the name Hindustani to my party, which everyone can understand.' Let us tell you that Azad was the CM of Jammu and Kashmir from 2005 to 2008.
