Cases of rising crime are becoming a sensation these days. One of the cases that have recently come up is in Dhanbad in Jharkhand where a complaint has been filed in the special court of Poxo on Tuesday. According to reports, a minor boy has accused the 24-year-old girl of sexually assaulting her.
On the basis of reports, it is reported that a 17-year-old minor boy is from Patherdih police station area and the accused girl Watwa is from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The boy has also been charged with kidnapping the girl and her family.

In his statement to the police, the family of the victim alleged that the accused girl was "mentally weak" and said that her minor son was mentally weak. He was undergoing treatment. Her son met the accused at a wedding ceremony in Sindri on May 14, 2017. The accused had lured his son to go to Gujarat. On December 25, 2018, her son disappeared from his home, which he also reported at the Patherdih police station.
He later came to know that his son was with the accused. He visited Ahmedabad on January 3, 2019. There the accused refused to return their son. He was also beaten up with his son in front of them and locked him in a room. After the incident, a paper was prepared by the accused with the complainant in Ahmedabad Behavioural Court. The paper was of 24-year-old girl's live-in relationship with a minor. It was agreed on the basis of this paper that she would marry the girl when she attained adulthood," he said.
Miscreant fired at the doctor for not giving money, arrested
According to the information received, the father of the minor boy went to the special court of Poxo on Tuesday and filed a complaint against five other members of his family, including the girl, under the Kidnapping and Posco Act. At the same time, the court has now ordered the Patherdih police station to file an FIR in the Eid case.
