Dehradun: An elderly couple has filed a complaint against their son and daughter-in-law in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He has demanded from the court that Rs 5 crore spent on the upbringing and upbringing of the son should be given, otherwise his son and daughter-in-law should give grandchildren within a year. Actually, 6 years have passed since the marriage of the son and daughter-in-law of the old couple and there is no child yet.
Maybe they don't want kids. But their aged parents want that the cry of the young child should resonate in their house and they should play with the child. When his son did not listen to him, he filed a case in a court in Haridwar. He has demanded from the court that about Rs 5 crore spent in the upbringing of the son should be returned to him. At the same time, the elderly couple says that they have made their son so capable, yet they have to spend their old age alone. It is like torture for them. It is causing them a lot of mental pain. The application of the aged couple has been accepted by the court and the matter will be heard on May 17.
Old age Sanjeev Ranjan Prasad has been working as an officer in BHEL and after retirement he is living with his wife Sadhna Prasad in a housing society Green Haridwar. The old couple educated their only son by investing all their savings. Lakhs of rupees were spent for training abroad to become a pilot. Thereafter, in the year 2016, he got married to a girl living in Noida. His daughter-in-law also works in Noida. Arvind Kumar Srivastava, advocate of the elderly couple, says that such an incident has come before them for the first time. Debates often arise in the house regarding property and property, but this is the first case of its kind. Hope the court will do justice to the old couple.
