Bhopal: There is big news for the farmers of Madhya Pradesh. The Shivraj government of the state has announced the date of purchase of moong on MSP. The farmers of the state had been waiting for a long time to sell moong. Chief Minister Shivraj said that preparations have been started for procurement in all the districts of the state.
Chief Minister Shivraj informed that the government will buy moong of farmers at a minimum support price, from July 18, the procurement of moong will start at the procurement centres in all the cities of the state. The decision of the Government has brought relief to the farmers. The Chief Minister said that the Madhya Pradesh government is doing everything possible for the betterment of farmers under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi Ji.
Chief Minister Shivraj said that in Madhya Pradesh, farmers have produced summer moong through hard work, and the prices of moong are much lower than the support price in the market. So we have decided that we will give justice to our farmers. The moong of the farmers will be purchased at the Minimum Support Price of Rs.72.75. Registrations are starting from July 18. Let us know that in some cities of Madhya Pradesh, there is a good yield of moong. Many other districts of the state including Hoshangabad, Raisen, Sehore, Harda, Bhopal, Vidisha, and Rajgarh have a good yield of moong. This time too there has been a good crop of moong in the state. In such a situation, now with the start of procurement on MSP, the farmers will get a big relief.
