New Delhi:- Google announced today that the Nearby Share app for Windows PCs is now officially available. Nearby Share makes it easy to share files with your phone, tablet, Chromebook, and more. His PC version of this app has been in beta since his March 2023 and is now officially available.

The tech giant claims that the beta has been installed by more than 1.7 million people since its launch and that he has transferred more than 50 million files between his PC and his Android device.

With today's official release, Google is making new improvements to his Windows app near-by-share. The company added an estimated time for file transfers to complete, so you can get an idea of ​​how quickly large files like videos or entire folders are shared.

Device notifications now also show image previews so you can be sure the correct file is being shared. 

"To make sharing between Android devices and PCs even more seamless, we are working with partners such as HP to integrate the Nearby Share app on select Windows PCs such as the HP Dragonfly Pro," Google said in a blog post. “We will continue to add new features and listen to your feedback as we work on Nearby His Share for Windows.”

To use Windows Nearby Share, the user must enable her WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities on his PC. After setting the function, you can drag or right-click files into the app and select the "Nearby Share" option to send to nearby devices. The distance between devices transferring files must be within 16 feet.

The Nearby Share of the Google is now available for the Windows and it has given a good response from the users as the Beta version has been downloaded by nearly around 1.7 Million People.
