USA: Last week, Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro were unveiled in India using the second generation Tensor G2 SoC. Scrolling is currently bothering users on Google's latest flagship smartphone.

According to user reports on Reddit, the display on the flagship phone offers a "sticky" and unexpected scrolling experience. Scrolling in apps is also giving trouble to some users.

The Pixel 7 Pro includes a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ (1,440 x 3,120 pixels) LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. But for the time being, it appears that only the Pro model has been affected.

Early Google Pixel 7 Pro owners posted complaints about the phone's touchscreen and display on Reddit and Twitter. According to one Redditor, the touchscreen "constantly sticks to the backstroke of your finger while flicking to scroll".

Not to mention the dramatic increase in typing errors. According to a Reddit user, scrolling is very inconsistent on the new Google flagship phone.

Many Pixel 7 Pro users report problems with app scrolling. YouTube and Instagram seem to be among the apps affected. According to a Reddit post, moving your fingers to see the next image while scrolling right or left through the Instagram post gallery. He continued, "Sometimes it moves really fast, and other times it moves slower than expected."

The Pixel 7 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ (1,440 x 3,120 pixels) LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. According to recent user reports, the Pixel 7 Pro's panel consumes more power than expected, allowing the battery to discharge more quickly.

The handset's display uses about 3.5–4W at 600 nits, which is about half the maximum brightness level it can support. The display uses 6W in high-brightness mode, which has a brightness of around 1000 nits. However, Google is yet to respond to user complaints.
