Gorgeous Sonali Barthwal living a busy and healthy lifestyle

Sonali Barthwal's social media account is proof that she doesn’t believe in updating fans with every little detail of her life. While she’s active on social media, the model is happy keeping the personal bits to herself. We live in a world where everything we do is potential for gossip or subject to social media, so it’s nice to have something that is my own. 

I’ve been fortunate enough to have a separate career develop from a passion of mine. But I don’t see it coming in way of me being an actor. 

I’m naturally not a skinny girl. I’ve to run regularly to maintain. I recommend everyone love a very active lifestyle (which my job definitely requires) and try to incorporate a work out in your diet at least two or three times a week ( even if it’s a ten-minute floor workout). 

When a business starts slowing down a bit, I get back to my regular gym workout routine. Few miles run (cardio) followed by ten-minute floor workout which consists of jumping lunges, planks, squats and stretching exercises. 

Know/ Practice your good side! This makes you naturally more comfortable when you’re posing for a picture instead of trying to figure out how to angle yourself. 

Whole foods carry this amazing Aztec Indian healing clay powder that you mix with apple cider vinegar and it turns into a mask for your face or body. I use it at least once a week. It makes your skin super soft. I swear by it.
