According to these rules only someone will be issued Domicile certificate. The big thing in this is that after the application, the domicile certificate will have to be given in just 15 days to the concerned officer. Even if the application is rejected, its information will have to be given within these 15 days.

Domicile certificate will be necessary to apply in any category of jobs in Jammu and Kashmir. Under Article 309 of the Constitution of India and the Jammu Kashmir Civil Service (Decentralization and Recruitment) Act 2010, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued Domicile Certificate Procedure Rules - 2020. Principal Secretary of Information Department and State Government Spokesperson Rohit Kansal gave a press conference in this context.
