The Modi government at the Center has issued a new order to all state governments and companies for this. About 4.3 crore people are going to get direct benefit from this decision of the government.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced that three months be cut below their salary to strengthen the employees financially. So that in this time of lockdown people take more money home. In this regard, Nirmala said that the 12% deduction from the salary of the employees every month has been reduced to 10%. Employees will be able to take more money home. This decision will benefit 4.3 crore employees of about 6.5 lakh companies in the country.

The Modi government has also announced to bear the entire weight of the PF of small and medium companies under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. This directly means that the government will pay the PF of both the share and employees of these companies. This announcement of the government will only benefit companies which have less than 100 employees and 90 percent of them have salary less than Rs 15,000. Keep in mind that those getting more than 15 thousand salary will not get the benefit of this.
