Between nationwide lockdown and corona transition, workers and workers are receiving greetings from all sides on Labor Day i.e. May Day. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav have extended their heartiest greetings to the workers and workers of the state on May Day. BSP chief Mayawati has also congratulated the workers and workers on May Day.

In his message, Governor Anandiben Patel said that the laborers are really karmayogis, with whose cooperation only construction and creation can be possible. Referring to the lockdown, he said that the government is committed to provide employment and food to the laborers who are struggling with livelihood problems. Employers should also pay their salary and show their gratitude to them.

Apart from this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that while announcing May Day Shramev Jayate underlines the importance of labor in the process of development. May Day is an event to honor the hard work and achievements of our workers and the working class.
