With the help of young drag-flicker Jugraj Singh's hat-trick, the Indian has also given South Africa a crushing 10-2 defeat in a one-sided match. This is the second win of the Indian team in the FIH Hockey Pro League. The former team defeated France 5-0. 

For India, Harmanpreet Singh first opened the team's account by scoring in the second minute and after which Jugraj, who is playing his second international match, has successfully converted two consecutive penalty corners into goals. He also scored first in the fourth minute and then scored his second goal in the sixth minute. Jugraj did not stop here and has also scored his third goal in the 23rd minute.  

Along with Jugraj, Gursahibjit Singh (24th, 36th minute), Dilpreet Singh (25th, 58th minute) and Mandeep Singh (27th minute) have scored goals. The Indian team completely dominated South Africa and has also scored a total of 12 penalty corners in the match.   For South Africa, Danielle Bell (44th minute) and Richard Potz (45th minute) have scored goals.
