India made a great start at the Asian Wrestling Championships on Tuesday when three of the five Greco Roman wrestlers, including Sunil Kumar, claimed bronze medals. The 23-year-old won by technical superiority after taking a 5-0 lead in his bronze medal bout against Mongolia's Batbayar Lutabyar. Sunil had taken over Uzbekistan's Jalgasbe Berdimuratov in the semi-finals.
