Peas - 4 cup
Salt - as per taste
Water - 1 ¼ cup or according to style

Method of preparation: To make green coriander fried rice, firstly cut the onion into pieces in long shape. Cut potatoes, carrots and cauliflower into small pieces. Now wash the rice with water two to three times and soak it in water for a minute. Sieve the water out of the soaked rice. To make the coriander paste, put all the ingredients in the mixer and add a little water and grind it and make a fine paste. It is a mild taste fried rice, so serve it with spicy raita. It would be nice to eat roasted papad with it.
