Ingredients for making raw mango chutney-
Raw Mango – 1
Green coriander or mint leaves (finely chopped) – 1 cup
Salt or sendha salt – according to taste
Green chilies – 2-3
Curry leaves – 3-4

Method of making raw mango chutney- First of all, to make raw mango chutney, first of all, wash the raw mango, dry it and peel it. Now after this, remove the kernels from the inside of the raw mango and cut the pulp into small pieces. Now grind the raw mango pieces in the mixer with green chillies. After this, grind the rough and add half a cup of water to the green coriander or mint, curry leaves, sendha salt. Now grind the chutney by running the mixer for 2 minutes with all of them. Take raw mango chutney ready.
