Ahmedabad: In view of the Corona threat, the Gujarat government has issued an order. In Gujarat, Holika Dahan will be allowed on the auspicious occasion of Holi, but all types of events have been banned for playing Holi. Discharge of Holika Dahan tradition can also be done in the presence of a limited number of people. Please tell that after five days from today, that is, on 29th March, there is the festival of Holi. Holika Dahan will take place on the night of 28 March.

Gujarat Deputy CM Nitin Patel said that with the presence of a limited number of people in residential societies and villages, the government will allow 'Holika Dahan'. He said that people will not be allowed to paint each other in the crowd. Patel further said that "Strict action will be taken against those who violate it. Although I am sure that the people of Gujarat will follow the rules and will not play Holi."

The wave of Corona is once again wreaking havoc all over the country. Every day thousands of cases of corona are coming up. At the same time, 1 thousand 730 new cases have come to light in Gujarat on the previous day, which is the highest in one day till 2021. So far, 9 MLA corona have been infected in the Gujarat assembly session that began on March 1. Punja Vansh including Congress MLA Naushad Solanki has been found infected with Corona. At the same time, BJP MLA Vijay Patel and Mohan Dodia were also found corona infected on Tuesday.
